ACCESS INFO

The 100 Club is an inclusive venue and we welcome Deaf and disabled customers to the venue. We have worked on our Access Policy with Attitude is Everything to make our facilities as clear as possible, and as helpful as possible within a 300 capacity venue. Venue Description

There is level access from the street to the top of the venue. To access the venue, there are 19 steps down into the venue space from street level. Unfortunately we do not have a ramp or a lift on site. Once into the venue, there is one step up into the gents’ toilets. The ladies’ toilet has no steps from the venue space.

Bookable Access Facilities

  • Personal Assistant tickets

We offer an additional ticket at no extra cost for disabled customers who require the support of a personal assistant to attend our venue. If you require a PA ticket, please email us once the initial ticket has been bought and we can organise this for you.

  • Accessible seating area

If you require a seat, please let us know in advance and we can arrange this for you. All seating is to the side of the stage and will have reserved signs on them for you when agreed with a member of the venue. Please note that due to the limitations of the venue this is not a raised platform, nor an entirely separate area of the venue, but just seating to the side of the stage in the main hall with other gig-goers. For some shows with bigger artists extra production equipment may be brought in and this may impact lines of sight when sat down.
